Joe is fantastic! Used him for both buying and selling side of things. After having worked with another agent previously with little experience it really is night and day difference. Joe went above and beyond for us and helped me to learn about the process along the way. He was always there with any questions I had and really took the time in every home we toured to look over details most would forget about or not notice. He has a fine attention to detail and is someone who is definitely passionate about his profession! He is a great negotiator and expert in his field. Highly recommend.

Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive and very patient with us when we had a lot of questions. Being third time home buyers, we were not new to the process.
