Just wanted to say thank you to my friend and realtor Joseph Goodman who helped me sell a small lot today. The sale price wasn’t a whole lot to really benefit from but he took all sorts of pictures and drone shots and treated it like he was selling a million home. He had a sign in the yard the first day and had a very cool video of the property up and running right away. I have a ton of real estate friends and there’s so many high quality agents out there it’s really hard to pick. In fact I would probably get in a lot of trouble if I just picked one ??. But Joseph is a standup guy and I walked away with every penny that he promised me. He proved to me today that he is one of the good guys that stands by his word.

Joseph was Great in marking our home could not have asked for anything more! He worked very hard on getting the listing just right. However as soon as a Deal was made he really turned his back on us. We were asked to close on Friday afternoon and be out of the house by Sunday morning on a holiday weekend! HE did not even know about the type of loan the people were using we had to find this information out from another real estate agent. We were really without a agent or anyone specking up for us at all !! As soon as the he knew the sale was made it was like hurry up so I can get my money!! I would Never use him again!!

I have used Joseph in 3 transactions and he is a pleasure to work with. He is fast paced and motivated to help with the whole transaction. He is very personable and gets to know you and your family. He sold my home in 1 day! He uses a lot of marketing tactics when selling your home which gets your home exposed to many possible buyers.

Mr. Goodman was awesome with everything. Start to Closing, He was all over the board and made sure we were happy. He always made sure we were connected to the whole story, from listing the property to the sale .getting people looking and staging the house for the max profit we could get. He is a go-getter and never lets up. He also will return your phone call asap. Not like others that never do or 2 days later. Two thumbs up for JG!
