We are happy that we have Jacqueline as our realtor for our first home purchase. She was always reachable, kept us updated in each step of the purchase process. She always had/have her client's (our) interest first. We always felt very comfortable dealing with her. Started as strangers we became more like known friends due to her approach towards the whole process. Her local knowledge and process expertise is very up to date and impressive. Hands down she is one of the best realtors, if not The, out there. Highly recommended.

Buying a first home is not at all easy and Jacqueline was always there to help with getting documents and communicate with the sellers. She was helpful in giving advice and helping to find the right guys for the job, all her referrals were on point. Most important she genuinely cares about her clients. I will be continuing working with Jacqueline in the near future to list my renal.

The decision to sell your home is a huge part of your life, both financially and emotionally. So the decision to sell a house is not one to be made lightly. You need to determine a marketing strategy. Price the house to attract buyer interest. There are a million other details to sort out. Most importantly, choosing the real estate agent professional who will help you in all of the above. Jacqueline's knowledge and business savvy in the world of real estate is impeccable. Once we made made the decision to sell our house, Jacqueline helped us put our best foot forward when preparing to sell our home. She walked us through the appraisal, give us tips on staging our home, and advised us on doing renovations or making any necessary repairs. With Jacqueline as our guide, we were armed with the crucial information we needed to attract buyers and get the best price. The proof of this is that Jacqueline had approximately 25 showings for our home over a four day time period and four offers for full ask and/or above asking price by day five of the showings. Amazing results for such a short time. We are so pleased that we chose Jacqueline. She became more than our realtor, she was a confidant and friend. On another note, Jacqueline was our realtor, this year, for the purchase of a condo for our daughter. Again, in one day, she has us view the perfect condo for the perfect price that fit our our budget. Thirty days later we closed without a problem. Brian was extremely positive and responsive throughout the entire first time home buying process. I needed things to happen quickly and Brian had a great team to help facilitate that. I appreciated his ability to help get the numerous appointments setup quickly. He has a great ability to be realistically reassuring during a stressful time.

I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Brian. Asides from being extremely professional and knowledgeable about the housing market, he was definitely considerate and approachable during the entire house hunting process which can be arduous to say the least. From start to finish, he was available and involved, from getting updates from lawyers and lenders to making sure appraisals and inspections were scheduled and done promptly. As far as the numbers go, he will make sure that you find a great home that is well within your means and will not be burdened on a month to month basis. He negotiated a closing price that for me that was well below listing price, and helped facilitate a quick closing. This was as seamless as this kind of transaction could get, and I would happily recommend Brian for any of your real estate needs. I know I will be reaching out to him on my next home purchase.
