Josh has exceptional people skills and much like anything in life, communication is paramount. Josh does a great job in explaining the process and what approach should be taken. We purchased a home in which Josh was the seller representative and enjoyed working him so much, we brought him on to sell our home! Another standout was his ability to market and drive interest/traffic to an open house. Whose moves fast and with precision. We couldn’t be happier working together.

Josh did an amazing job from the sale of our home to the purchase of our new one his team is dedicated responsible courteous and respectful he has great communication from beginning to end very knowledgeable and most of all very patient he’s everything we needed to sell and purchase our home no going back and forth with different people he’s all you need thank you so much for everything highly recommended
