In this market it was very hard to find something , let alone find something you really want. What I found was a cute small house , I decided to live in now and rent it out later. To add to the pressure i felt, I had to be out of my apartment because I would not sign another lease when I was approve to buy. I had 30 days to find something . and he really stepped up to the plate. Josh showed me a good 20 houses. He spoke to my lender to get a clear understanding of what I was approved for. I learned so much from him. He goes in to a home for sale, and starts pointing and explaining things. From this I learned how sellers will cover up things that you should look for . After I while It made me very knowledgeable also. On his vacation , he worked out my deal by phone and email and I was set to close right on time. If you want an agent who will be all about you, he is the one. He is everything it says above. You will not be sorry!

I highly recommend Josh to anyone! He took the time to understand my situation and personal needs, and he created an amazing sales campaign that took me from Listing to Closing in just 31 days! Josh was always easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond to any of my questions so I felt he was very supportive through the entire process. Thank you!

Josh Was top shelf.!!! Very knowledgeable of Indianapolis areas and was willing to dial in our search . I would highly recommend him for yr next home purchase and enlisting him whether buying or selling. Very impressed!!!!

As a new home buyer, I had an awesome experience! Josh Latham walked me through every step of the home buying process, making the whole thing seem easy. Especially when compared to the experiences I've heard from other people. He paid attention to what I was interested in and was super patient in helping me find just the right home. He's knowledgeable about every single thing pertaining to home ownership, maintenance, and remodels and it was super fun to bounce ideas off him. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone :)

For our family Josh is like a Walking angel.. no wings, but definetly an angel, just with his firth returning call to us, he changed our life!..everything looked so easy, clear and very profesional.. we came from New York for summer vacation in Indy.. and we switched of having a few rooms( 3 for 8 people!) in a horrible rented apartment,to get our own beautiful house in that little amount of time!
