this was one of the worst realtor experiences I have ever had. Josh did nothing to carry out his responsibilities as a realtor. Josh was not responsive, never returned calls to myself or the buyers agent, and I actually had to coordinate with the buyers to complete the leaseback/key transfer because neither myself or the buyers agent could get Josh to return our calls. The buyer found my contact information and called me directly and during the communication with the buyers I told them I would have contacted them sooner if I could get my agent to respond to calls/msgs and his response was “my agent say’s the same, Josh won’t respond to him either” I am baffled how someone can receive all 5 stars because the agent that listed my house is not the agent described in any of his previous reviews. I would not recommend him and would never work with him again. He did not deserve the commission he earned from the sale of my house, he did little to nothing to market our home or assist us as sellers. So, I hope this review will help others steer away from this guy, he is a good salesperson but poor performer.

Josh Marriot is a fantastic real estate agent! In my opinion he far exceeded his duties in selling my property. Throughout the entire process he was always available. And he made things as easy as possible. Very little hands on paperwork even with the final closing.

We worked with Josh and the service was amazing! He was very patient and answered all of our questions and even provided some recommendations for various things that were on our new home to do list. When highly recommend using The Marriott Group to family and friends.

We worked with Josh Marriott. He was really great! Very knowledgeable and personable. He didn’t ever act like he was getting tired of us even after many months of searching for a house. We finally found a great house and he did everything he could to save us money including cutting his commission rate approximately in half! We would definitely use him again!

Josh was very helpful during our home buying process. He did a great job being available and helpful without ever making us feel pressured to make a decision. He had a great feel for the current market.
