Josh did a great job helping get everything prepared and saved us tons of time and energy. He went above the call of duty and sold our house quickly for the price we requested.

Josh has showed me numerous properties, both by an area list that he's provided and also homes that I've asked to see due to my own findings. Josh also has always stayed within the scope of what I'm looking for. He's never swayed me in a direction that I did not desire. Josh has always been completely honest and forthright with property information. Josh's response time to me has always been within fifteen minutes and his availability is never an issue. I definitely recommend Josh for your property search and already have to my friends who are just as satisfied as I am.

While Josh has not completed a transaction with me, his negotiating and consulting skills are on point. No pressure status, uses common sense approach, very professional and ethical. Doesn't sound like your talking to car salesman but your neighbor giving advice. We backed out at this time selling our home because of career decisions. He will give you an honest opinion and not one to get your dreams up so far its unrealistic. We will use Josh when the time comes to sell our home and buy another.

Worked with my husband and I in looking at properties and has done some property management for us. Josh is extremely dependable and capable. He has a lot of integrity, professionalism and is a bright, caring young man. He works hard to please. He possesses very good internet skills and is able to locate just about anything you would need. I highly recommend this young man. He will get the job done!

Josh was a great realtor! Everything about the selling process was smooth and hassle free. Very knowledgeable and prompt on handling all issues from beginning to end with listing our house, showing the property, and closing. Would gladly recommend and use him again in the future.
