    Josh was the first realtor we interviewed... and the last! He held his promise that we would work with him and not another agent. He provided at no cost to us invaluable services such as landscaping, staging, and contractor support. Although he has a huge inventory of listings, he was extremely responsive and detailed in his responses. Our house sold for a very competitive price, and fast! His number 1 priority was our satisfaction and thT we were!

    My husband and I owned a lot on Edisto Island that we decided to sell. Edisto Island and the land we owned is beautiful, but not highly sought after, and took the right buyer. After listing the property unsuccessfully with a local agent, we decided another approach was needed to bring attention to and sell the property. We contacted Joshua Brander whom we located from an internet search of top agents in the Low Country. Josh brought creative approaches to the sale of our property. When traditional methods did not produce, he sought partnerships with builders to increase the visibility, enlisted an auctioning service to increase visibility, and modified terms of the sale to offer increased incentive to the buying agents. He is creative, resourceful and persevering – all necessary strengths with any property sale, but especially useful when handling special properties that need more intentionality. Shari and Bill
