Juanita was an awesome realtor! I was moving from AZ to GA so Juanita did virtual tours and helped us find the perfect home! This was my first time buying a home and Juanita was amazing. She was always available when I had questions or wanted to view a home. She listened to my needs and wants with what I was looking for in my home. She sent me the address of a home in the morning, we looked at the home that afternoon, she put the offer in that night and the offer was accepted the next day! She put in an awesome offer which led the sellers to accept the offer due to her negotiation skills and expertise. She will advocate and go above and beyond for her clients. Although I closed 2/18/22 Juanita still contacted me after the closing to make sure I didn’t need anything else. I HIGHLY recommend using her when buying or selling!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Called her during her lunch to look at one of her listings. She had never meet us before but dropped everything to meet us and show us the house. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
