Judy did an excellent job navigating an extremely stressful time while putting our house on the market. We were moving cross-country in a very short time and needed to close on our house before purchasing in our new state. There were multiple hurdles throughout the way but Judy was always there for prompt communication and guidance while also genuinely listening to our concerns and needs. Judy puts immense pride into her work and it shows. From listing to closing she was excellent to work with and my only wish was that we could have used her services to purchase a home in our new state!

As a first time homebuyer and also using the VA Loan, I was deep in uncharted waters, had a million questions, and wasn’t familiar with key aspects of buying a house. Judy provided a service more than just a realtor. Her knowledge about real estate is impeccable because she’s been doing this over 11 years, and she has the experience and truly has your best interest at heart. She wears her heart on her sleeve and doesn’t play with money which I loved! She’s consistently keeping up with the market, knows exactly how to negotiate price points, and has a whole team of connections if you need anything in your closing process. Whether you’re selling or buying, she has a licensed guy for any repairs, improvements to your home to increase value, home inspectors, cheap home insurance companies, a variety of loan lenders, literally anything you need, she knows someone that can get you an amazing deal. You don’t only get her partnership through the buying/selling process, her motto is to keep connections, stay in touch, and reach out for anything you need afterwards as well. In my closing process, I went through not one, but TWO hurricanes. Judy and her family were affected through these storms, but she took it as light-work still helping answer questions, get paperwork done for VA Loan standards and close on time. She really did dominate this whole process and I’m just truly amazed how great she is at her job. Judy is a supporter of our Military, and contributed donations to my unit after months of owning my home. I recommend her to literally anyone interested in buying or selling a home I work with, my friends, and family. I brag about her all the time. If you’re military, take advantage of your VA Loan and reach out to her. She made this process so easy, won’t regret it.

Words cannot begin to describe how wonderful of an experience I had working with Judy Horvath and the Horvath Group. My decision to buy a home had been one I thought of for a while, but moved forward with quite suddenly. I looked up realtors in my area, and within 10 minutes found myself calling Judy first out of all other contenders. I'm so happy I did, as that first realtor call was my last. She just had that great of an impact the first time I spoke with her. For starters, she was very attentive and took time to ensure she had an understanding of exactly what I was looking for. Being a family-oriented individual herself, she was able to relate to my wants and needs when it came to taking my kids' well-being and livelihoods into consideration. Even with a family to tend to, Judy had no issue incorporating balance between work and home life, and I never found myself frustrated or waiting long periods of time for call backs or responses. Within 24 hours I was viewing homes and within the week I was under contract for the home I'm currently sitting in! From the moment we started viewing homes, Judy made sure my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and she was able to bring knowledge and experience to the table. When I entered contract, she took the extra time to show me things we would want to look out for on the inspection and really started to help me put the vision of MY home together inside the house. In terms of inspections, lenders, etc. she has a wonderful network of vendors she works with and not a single one of them have let me down, even after closing! I could probably go on all day about the experience I had, because it really was as amazing as I describe it. Judy just has a wonderful and patient demeanor about her, but certainly knows how to advocate for her clients, negotiate with sellers, and network with the right people to make the purchase process as seamless as possible. I'm happy to say I'm in the home I'll be in for the remainder of my life. My kids are happy, my dog loves the backyard, and through means of listening, understanding, and having knowledge of our beautiful city, Judy, her colleague, Jessica McKiverkin, and the Horvath Group have helped me find a home with solid bones, beautiful updates, and potential for growth as my family grows. I'd recommend Judy to anyone who wants a realtor they can depend on who will work hard for them as if she's working for her own family.

Judy is the best realtor I have met so far. Simply perfect. From the begininng to the end of the process. Purchased a wonderful apartment in Clearwater in less than a two weeks. I strongly suggest Judy if you need the best realtor in Florida.
