Judy was given a difficult sale on a non updated property that was seized from its prior owner. But, she had it sold in less than 60 days. She arranged the repair work and subcontractors for us and checked on the progress daily. Judy was very professional and remained available to us throughout the listing time. We could not have obtained the good result without her efforts. We recommend her highly to any client.

Judy is a "Professional" in every sense of the word. She and her team have assisted us for the 2nd time selling and purchasing a home. The experience has been the same"wonderful"!!! She is generous with her timeand very reasonable and caring for your needs and the final outcome. I have also referred Judy to two sets of friends and she has assisted them with selling and purchasing new homes. She has a different mind set than other agents I have worked with and not a sales type. She will negociate for you and communicate via phone, email, and text to make sure you are guided with each step. We would use Judy again.. but hopefully this is our forever home so may be a while before we would consider downsizing!!! Call Judy Walker and her Team, they are really Top Notch!

Judy was very familiar with the Metairie real estate market. She was aware of similar properties and advised us well. She sold our property in 1day. She was very personable and a joy to work with! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends for their real estate needs.
