Julia was an amazing agent to work with. She was patient, reliable and always available. We looked at many homes with her and her insight was invaluable. We trusted her completely and she ultimately helped us to avoid a home that would not have been a great fit for us and instead found us our perfect home. Since closing, we have relied on her heavily for her amazing network of contractors and vendors for every type of repair or remodeling need. Our relationship has not ended since we closed and we know we have a trusted friend in our community in Julia. Julia is AMAZING!! She helped us buy a house and then 14 years later helped us sell it. She knew all that was needed to buy and sell a house. We were especially pleased with her help since we moved out of state while she sold our home. She managed to make our house look incredible even when we weren't there. Additionally, she kept costs affordable. She kept us informed every step of the way. And was right there to keep the process going when there were delays out of our control. You cant go wrong with Julia. She is trustworthy, reliable, professional, dependable and she's nice. A perfect package! Thank you Julia - you're awesome!
