I was introduced to Julie through the realtor selling my house on the East Coast. I connected with Julie before I moved to AZ and she was a resource to me during my move. She not only found my Scottsdale rental but then she found the home I purchased and currently live in. Julie stops at nothing to ensure her clients are happy and she easily produces high quality results that satisfy her clients. Julie took the stress out of what is normally a stressful time. She is la great listener, incredibly helpful, kind, smart and very much a people person! You definitely want Julie by your side if you are buying or selling in the Greater Phoenix area! I recommend Julie to anyone looking for a realtor and I will absolutely use her again when/if I buy and sell in the area. Julie will be the only realtor I work with!

Julie knows the area very well and is an amazing negotiator. She got us a great deal on our house and worked overtime on it. She took us to every house we wanted to see without hesitation, just really wanted to find us “the one”. When we did she gave us great recommendations for a house inspector and roof inspector. She’s got a great attitude and is upbeat especially when you’re getting overwhelmed. We’ve worked with three realtors and by far Julie is both me and my husbands favorite! Highly recommendable! She’s very busy and might take a little bit to respond that why I have a four on that but it wasn’t a big deal, we understood.

Julie Allen helped my family and I find our dream home in an area we were unaware even existed when we began looking in Arizona. She was always very punctual, professional, and always willing to explain everything we needed to know during our home buying process. Julie coordinated with our listing agent for our house we were selling in California perfectly which enabled us to close within a couple days to each other and 6 days early overall. Julie is a highly motivated and energetic realtor with an inspiring attitude who is always willing to go the extra mile for the needs of her clients. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are retired in the Northwest. We were trying the "Snow Bird" experience since this last winter's snow shoveling stopped being fun. We found Julie through a realtor in North Idaho. We looked at houses one day, found the perfect match, and closed in less than 25 days. Julie was the best in every way.

Julie is absolutely amazing! She was able to make our home buying process painless! We had a difficult situation but she took care of everything and made it look easy! I would recommend her to anyone especially first time homebuyers with lots of questions.
