Julie and her son Zane were absolutely a pleasure to work with! They communicated with me almost everyday of my home purchasing journey up until closing day, they were super super helpful and supportive, as well as resourceful and they made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better team ! I would 100% recommend them to any and everyone!!!

Julie was absolutely wonderful to work with. We originally started working together over a year ago when I was moving from Alaska to Oklahoma. Even though I wasn't there, she was doing video walkthroughs of houses for me, giving me advice on the neighborhoods and things to look out for. Unfortunately a storm came through and did significant damage to a house we were under contract for. Because of this and the time it would take to repair I had to move into an on post house which put me in a 1 year lease. After the lease was up, we picked up right where we left off and a few showings later, some good negotiating on her part, and her endless patience I am now In a new house that my family and I love. Can't recommend Julie and her son (realtor in training enough). Wonderful people all around.

I highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. She truly went above and beyond to make my home-buying experience a success!

Julie was very responsive. This was difficult because we were buying long distance but she made it as easy as possible. Very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Julie, is an agent that will go above & out of here way to meet your time restrictions, we're ALL busy mama's, as she is! She was so sweet, but totally understanding when we weren't but 2 mins into another new home & I had to say a big NO immediately. I think also it was dilogence because in the end I found our home on Zillow but also it was Day 1, Hour 1 on the market, this house wasn't staying on the market 24 hrs & I knew that! So when the owner's said we were first, I thought yay go us all! Julie made everything so seamless with technology at our fingertips. It didn't take us longer than 20 mins to close on our 1st home & off we went to transport, our millions of plants, 2 cats, 2 teens & our 22 yrs of military service, into our 1st & FOREVER home!
