Julie is a great realtor. She was professional and diligent. She helped us tremendously in getting our loan approved. She took necessary steps, even replacing our loan officer and finding a new one that will work with our timeline. Even after the transaction, she still kept in touch to check in with us. She is warm, sincere, and a hard worker. We were lucky to find and work with her.

I loved working with Julie and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase property in Placer County or the greater Sacramento area. I was purchasing a property remotely and Julie went above and beyond searching for the right property for me. She was knowledgeable, helpful and her response time was immediate throughout the entire process. She is also warm and personable. I hope to work with Julie again in the future!

Julie was amazing through the whole process us buying our first home. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly and gave us her option and always kept our best interest at mind. We went though some rough patches with a difficult seller on one home that we were going to buy, and Julie helped us through the whole thing. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor!

Unquestionably the best realtor I've ever worked with! Moving from LA, I had no local knowledge of the area and limited time to find a home. In our first phone call, I knew she was the right choice. She understood my desires and concerns and provided initial on-line properties to refine our review process and was very professional in presenting only true potentials, not wasting our limited time. Once we chose, she took immediate action to submit a winning offer, out classing the competition and our offer was accepted the following day! She went over and beyond to ensure our 21 day escrow had no hiccups, while putting us in touch with local garden and pool services providing multiple quotes for our review. She has my highest possible recommendation and I will definitely urge my family and close friends to seek her out when relocating!

Julie is the best example of a consumate professional measured by any metric. She is extremely intelligent and intuitive. In her relationships with both buyers and seller (I am a buyer) she always not only makes herself avaliable but she poses questions and answers them for you before you even know they need to be answered. She is always available, day or night, and is friendly and courteous to a fault. I would highly recomend her to anyone needing a real estate professional not only because she is efficient and gets the job done with little or no stress (no easy feat in real estate transactions) but also because she is charming and fun. You will end up loving her.
