I just closed on a home with Ceasar this Friday past. My experience with him was nothing short of amazing. He truly went the extra mile to make sure I was educated throughout the entire process. I was extremely prepared because of his excitement and passion to inform me throughout the journey. This man advocated for me and wasn’t afraid to push the envelope to make sure that I received a great product! I received a new roof, a new hvac system, 5% of my purchase price, and I’m walking into $10,000+ in equity with all appliances provided as the cherry on top. He’s no longer my realtor but family. If you’re looking for a professional, top tier expert who will turn into family…… this is your guy! Justin is excellent at what he does! As a first time home buyer he gave me exactly what I needed. From the lending, offer, inspection, appraisal and closing he is there EVERY step of the way. Ceasar will call you everyday about your home and will answer WHENEVER you need him. I recommend Ceasar to ANYONE looking to buy or sale! He has become my family and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase ??

Buying or selling a property can be a stressful experience. From understanding all the costs and processes to finding the perfect house or buyer. However, with Justin Hingleton all these worries and stress were non existent. With his experience you will be put at ease. He will work around the clock to make sure you are informed along the way. He is always a phone call away and is always excited to answer any questions you might have. Buying or selling with Justin feels like working with a family member or a friend. He makes the buying/selling process a very smooth and familiar transaction even if you have zero experience.

Words can’t explain how much I adore and appreciate Cesar. From our initial conversation to the closing table, we were joined at the hip. Cesar knew how important this purchase was for me. He listened, he took notes, he stayed in the loop from start to finish. There was never a time I couldn’t reach him. When one door closed Cesar kicked open another. I wouldn’t have closed w/o Justin. This review is only a drop in the bucket. I’m glad to have meet him, I’m grateful for earning a new friend and I’m excited to bear witness to the growth. Justin is on the way to securing his EMPIRE!
