We met Justin through a referral and were very impressed from the beginning with his responsiveness, professionalism, charisma and knowledge of the area where we wanted to purchase our second home. Trying to purchase a property from the distance it is not an easy task but Justin made our experience very pleasant and we felt supported from the beginning of the process until the closing. He explained every step, helped us also with other referrals, that make things easier and we really appreciate the hard work he put on it. He went above and beyond trying to find a property that would work for our budget, purpose, location dealing in such a competitive market and he was able to find that special place we would call home:)

Justin provided excellent service from day 1 to closing and made my whole buying experience so easy. He explains everything thoroughly and guides you each step of the way. His work ethic, honesty and professionalism is so rare to come by these days and was much appreciated. While other realtors are quick to hang up the phone, Justin was patient, always responsive and friendly. He has his client’s best interest in my mind and I would highly recommend Justin. Absolutely a great realtor!

Since the first phone call, Justin exceeded expectations. He brought top notch professionalism to the table from the beginning. He was thoughtful , easy to communicate with, enthusiastic about our house hunting adventure, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of home buying. His experience, availability and attention to detail were unmatched, and his proactiveness was 100% the reason why I am now living in a dream home as opposed to the 3 other people who made offers on the same day. We could not have found a better advocate throughout the buying process and would definitely recommend him!

My wife and I are tough customers. We expect professionalism, attention to detail, and first rate customer service. Anything less is unacceptable. Our first 4 realtors lacked in some of these areas, so we fired them right away. When we found Justin through a recommendation, we were so incredibly relieved. He was a much needed breath of fresh air. When others interrupted, he listened. When others sent us to voicemail, he answered. When others promised to return our calls, they didn’t ... but Justin always did. The work ethic, ambition, and strive of Mr. Poritzky is something to be admired. My wife and I trust and recommend him implicitly. His clients past, present, and future are well served.
