She stayed in touch, quick to respond, always respectful and aware of our needs. We listed our Ranch with Kacy, and the majority of our property sold almost immediately!! She always kept us up to date on showings and inquires. Very professional, prompt and very ethical. Would highly recommend to any potential buyer or seller.

Working with Kacy has been wonderful. First she helped us find our dream come true piece of land for our retirement. We were living out of state at the time, but she took care of everything in such a way as to make it as easy for us as possible. When we decided to move to TX early, we decided to buy a home in town and live there until we could retire and build our home in the country. Again we turned everything over to Kacy and again she made the process as easy and worry-free as possible. We already knew we could trust her 110%. She found us the perfect place for our situation. There was a lapse between the time we bought the house and could make the move but again she went the extra mile. Kacy "baby-sat" the house for us until we could make the move, checking in on it, adjusting the thermostat for the changing season, and such, so when we moved in there were no surprises...it was in excellent condition. We had jokingly warned Kacy at the time we were looking to buy a house to remember that whatever we bought she would have to sell one day. When the time came for us to move to the country, she did exactly that. I have recommended Kacy to everyone I have ever heard was looking to buy or sell. I will continue to do so and if we ever need to make a change, it will be to Kacy we turn for help with that. She was very knowledgeable of all aspects of our purchase. The seller was very difficult and Kacy was masterful in handling stressful situations on my behalf. Would definitely recommend Kacy to everyone and will definitely use her when selling my property.

Kacy is very easy to work with, she has the highest integrity that I have ever seen in the Real Estate business. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property or who just has questions regarding real estate. She is honest, friendly and fun to work with.
