Autumn was an invaluable partner in the always challenging life process of moving and buying a home. Autumn had sold our son his home a few years ago, so when we decided to move to the area, Autumn was where we turned. Autumn was on point with every question we asked, as well as being aware of items that we did not know were important. Autumn's experience and knowledge in the area was invaluable in pinpointing which areas were appropriate for our family's needs. Autumn was exceptional in her knowledge of the whole process in finding us a new home for our retirement years. After living in our past home for 38 years, so much had changed in real estate, and we needed someone to pretty much hold our hands through it all and give us the confidence that we needed. She is very pleasant to work with. Her response to our calls and questions was quick and thorough. She did all the work, helping us to understand all the paperwork involved, and also with our negotiations between the sellers and their agent. Never were we hesitant in trusting her with the decisions that needed to be made. The whole process was enjoyable. Never were we frustrated with her in the journey.
