Autumn was exceptional in her knowledge of the whole process in finding us a new home for our retirement years. After living in our past home for 38 years, so much had changed in real estate, and we needed someone to pretty much hold our hands through it all and give us the confidence that we needed. She is very pleasant to work with. Her response to our calls and questions was quick and thorough. She did all the work, helping us to understand all the paperwork involved, and also with our negotiations between the sellers and their agent. Never were we hesitant in trusting her with the decisions that needed to be made. The whole process was enjoyable. Never were we frustrated with her in the journey. Brittany was so patient handling the sale of my land. It took a while, but she persisted until it was sold. Every time a perspective buyer was interested, she informed me right away. As time passed, with no solid offers, Brittany devised creative ways on social media to advertise. When I finally received a serious offer, she made the entire process seamless. The previous realtor I had for the property did not get any calls. I signed with Brittany and she had multiple calls even some from out of state in a short period of time. Brittany is a knowledgeable, professional and a very friendly person. She understands the needs of the client. I will use her again and recommend her to others.

Autumn was very welcoming right from the start. Listened to our requests and found us a dream home. She understood what we were looking for and within the first few houses had a complete understanding of our desires. Thanks to modern technology the process was very painless. We would definately recommend her to anyone who is looking for specifics. One stop shop!
