It is common to have many mixed feelings and emotions when selling your house. Add in a global pandemic and those feelings are multiplied. Mindy was there through every step and reassured me in times of nervousness or panic! She was extremely personable, punctual, and professional, which are top notch qualities when looking for a realtor. She sold my house quickly and was on top of her game when it came to scheduling the necessities prior to closing. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs! To say she is amazing is a under statement....

Mindy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was always available and very pleasant to work with. As well she sold our property in a very short time. We highly recommend Mindy to get the sale done.

Karamarie was fantastic! She took care of us every step of the way. Her Matterport camera takes the most amazing 3D pictures. It was those pictures that helped sell our house to out of state buyers. She was quickly responsive to any questions, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy realtor, something that’s hard to find in this area, give Karamarie a call. You won’t regret it!

KaraMarie is an amazing professional! She worked tirelessly to secure the sale of our property. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement!! My husband and I were constantly filled with questions and concerns and KaraMarie guided us in a calm and respectful manner. She took all of our questions, big and small, and made sure we had answers. We are grateful for her ability to keep is calm throughout the sale of our property! KaraMarie even went above and beyond in advertising our property to get optimal exposure. She was so good to us we hired her to sell my dad's house too!
