My wife and myself just purchased our first home with the help of Karen. As first time home buyers in the post-Covid housing market, she made our dream a reality. She had been helping us for more than a year get prepared for buying once we moved to Colorado and was always so patient with us and always helped provide us guidance. She was excellent at coordinating with the seller and their agent, helped us every step of the way, and was a wealth of knowledge on different towns/neighborhoods all through the Denver Metro area. Moreover, she was so friendly to both myself and my wife and really made us feel comfortable and we knew we could trust her with everything. I would 100% use her in the future and would never hesitate to recommend her to friends/family.

Karen has helped us with 2 home purchases and 2 home sales. Every step of the way was great and she made everything go just the way we needed it when we needed it to. Staging and photos are top notch and I couldn't ask for a better realtor. Thanks for everything!

This is my second review of Kathi and Karen because after they got me the best house around, they then helped me sell it for the best deal several years later. You should know that when you work with these two, you will get or sell your home very quickly and professionally. They understand the area and the ins and outs of buying and selling in it. If you take their advice, things will happen. We staged my home together after making the changes they suggested years ago and everything was smooth and simple. We even listed early and I was under contract 2 days later. And to top it all off, they're genuinely NICE PEOPLE! What more could you want? Oh, and you may meet members of their family who assist with the business like staging or seeing a home when they're busy. As I stated previously, the ladies GET THINGS DONE. Highest possible recommendation.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Kathi and Karen, moving from out town, we had little knowledge of the Denver market so we put our trust in Kathi and Karen and they nailed it for us. Truly an enjoyable experience from start to finish, we felt like we were working with family not just experienced Realtors. Highly recommend working with this team!

Kathi & Karen were just terrific to work with. We interviewed 3 agent in the process of planning our move and while we were well acquainted with the other two as people we had experience with before, Kathi and Karen got the job because they offered an aggressive approach and the included staging of the house was just what we needed. The other agents told us at minimum $3000 to stage our house--Kathi & Karen included at no additional charge - amazing. The staging was beautiful and gave us ideas for our next home...
