Karin Wertheim helped us purchase a Teton Valley condo and then she helped us sell it 10 years later. She is very connected in the valley, so she can get issues solved easily. Karin had good communication skills responded very quickly to every contact with us. Karin has been in the real estate business a long time. She can see where problems may arise and she proactively takes care of it before it becomes a problem. Highly recommend.

Karin was involved every step of the way, helping us to understand the process and answer every one of our questions. She recommended a local inspector, worked effectively with the sellor’s agent to develop a list of action items, and carefully followed deadlines for work that needed completion. She helped us learn about water rights, septic conditions, utility reports and other services specific to the Teton Valley in Idaho. We very much enjoyed our relationship with Karin and highly recommend her!

Karin knows what she's doing and was extremely helpful as my realtor. Would 100% recommend her for any serious homebuyer or investor.
