I cannot recommend Carlton Realty Co enough! As a first time home buyer I was nervous, had a lot of questions, and was a bit overwhelmed at the process at first. Meredith was absolutely amazing to work with. She answered any and all questions I had, gave her expert opinions on certain builders based on past experiences, and ultimately helped me locate and close (woohoo!) on the perfect end unit townhome! Meagan made sure that we were on track with inspections, repairs, signing documents on time - you name it. She was wonderful to work with too! The entire team at Carlton Realty Co truly care about their clients. I cannot thank Meredith, Meagan, or the rest of the team enough for their help throughout this entire process. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking in the Raleigh and surrounding areas. They are the best! Thank you so much for your help!

My husband and I used Kate Carlton and her team to sell our first home and buy another. After I followed Kate on Instagram, she immediately reached out to me. We were able to set up a meeting the next day and she walked us through how the selling process typically worked. After hearing our options, we decided on a route that best fit our needs and matched the current market. Buying - Meredith Diamond was our buying agent. She found us our dream home in Holly Springs. She worked with our busy schedules to show us amazing options. After each open house or tour, she would ask us our thoughts and opinions to better fine-tune our search. She was always helpful, communicative, patient, a text or call away, and truly wanting the best for us. Once we decided to make an offer on a home, she did everything she could to get us it - and she did! She was amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home! Selling - Kate Carlton sold our home in a weekend! The listing process was so quick and (dare I say) easy. The professional photographer took amazing photos and the turn around time for the listing was mere hours. Her and her team held 2 open houses and did an amazing job advertising them both. Meagan Moulden, their director of operations, did a thorough and organized job at handling all the paperwork. She was so helpful in explaining to us what we needed to sign and when. Everyone we encountered during this process was incredible to work with. We HIGHLY recommend them all for your selling and buying needs in the triangle.
