We could not have chosen a better agent to sell our house. She held our hand through out the whole process and encouraged us when we felt frustrated. Katie will price your house fairly and was a tougher negotiator than we would have been. Our house sold rather quickly for the Vineyard and we were down to the wire for moving out. Katie personally removed things that we left behind by necessity or overlooked; found contractors and service people to perform projects that were part of contingencies. She really went above and beyond for us. And, she has a great sense of humor, which is sorely needed some times. Thank you Katie for a job well done. You earned every penny. Sandpiper is lucky to have you.

We worked with Katie for years to find a home and she was always professional, responsive, prepared, accommodative, warm, super-friendly, honest and patient. She always contacted us immediately when a home would come on the market that she thought might be of interest to us. She always responded to us immediately. She's very professional and we highly recommend her.

Katherine (Katie) is fantastic! I have bought 5 houses in the course of my life and she is by far the best, most helpful realtor I have ever worked with. Martha's Vineyard is a difficult market to navigate and requires both an insider's knowledge and a clear eyed objective point of view. Katie is smart, thoughtful, careful -- never pushy, always conscious of and motivated by the client's needs. She took time to get to know me, my family, our lifestyle, and guide us toward the house (in this case a second home) that would be right for us. She has gone so above and beyond in so many areas that I'm afraid to list them here -- I can't help feeling we got some kind of special treatment but honestly I think that's just her style!

My wife and I purchased a home in Oak Bluffs after searching for over a year and a half. Katie was with us the entire time. She was always prepared, always on time and ready with a slate of properties for us to consider. Although the process was long, I never felt like we were wasting our time with her, she patiently guided us through the options and towns until we found the right home. She is a real pro and I can't say enough good things about her.

Katie worked with us for two years to find our perfect vacation home on Martha's Vineyard.
