Katherine is a wonderful person to work with. She is extremely experienced and well acquainted with Massachusetts real estate market. She protects your rights and guides you through the whole process in details. She is unbiased, transparent and friendly. I would highly recommend her.

Katherine has helped us look for a home for a year (if not more). Throughout the process, our needs shifted in every direction, and Katherine was there to meet us at every step of the way with no hesitation. During this tough market, patience is a requirement and she has had it in spades. Extremely knowledgable, Katherine was an incredibly reliable source of information for us as first time home buyers. Don't get me wrong though, she would be an amazing agent for the more seasoned veterans in real estate with her wealth of information as well as tips and tricks. There was one showing (which we ended up closing on a few weeks ago) where she was actually able to point out that the electrical panel was a brand that was recalled some time ago. We looked it up online and sure enough it was! Small things like that are where you can distinguish your good realtors from your great ones. Finally, to add on to the patient aspect, Katherine has never pressured us to keep looking when we were wanted to take breaks and has never pushed us to look for anything outside of our wants just to get a higher price point. We can't recommend her enough and will be messaging her for our next purchase!

Our experience with Katherine was amazing. She was extraordinarily responsive, communicating with us every step of the way. She really took the time to get to know us at the beginning of our homebuying searching process (before we even knew exactly what we were looking for!) and helped guide us throughout our search. She is very knowledgeable about the Boston metro region market and was able to quickly provide us comparisons on what other, similar houses were sold for in the area. She came out to showings with us on less than 24 hours notice, and she encouraged us and gave us advice on how to make the right choice. Ultimately, the reason we loved working with Katherine so much was her ability to make us feel heard. We had many concerns (everything from wondering if we would be able to get out of our current lease to wondering if the house was really "worth" the money to wondering how best to deal with problems from the sellers and the bank) and she really listened to us and gave us the space to bring our worries forward. She gave us a lot of sage advice drawing on her expansive past experience. She made us feel very prepared and walked us through the entire homebuying process several times, and always gave us updates on where we were. We really appreciated her emails and calls and her ability to explain what was happening. She was an advocate for us to every party, and was able to handle all the bumps along the way with ease and grace. We cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Katherine was the best part of the home buying process! Every time we went to look at a house, we were impressed by her knowledge of home and home care. She was diligent in always looking closely at the heating and electric systems - giving us honest feedback about safety and potential high cost repairs. Katherine is very honest in her assessment of the property, giving good advice as to what something is worth and might appraise for - this helped us figure out how much to offer on a particular home. And Katherine was flexible! She would respond quickly to calls, emails and texts about new properties and get us showing in a timely manner! Katherine is truly an amazing person to work with! We would not be living in our new home without her!
