I had the pleasure of working with Kathy and Tonya towards purchase of a single family home. Kathy impresses with her almost instantaneous response to your queries, razor focussed on your requirements with a friendly attitude, local knowledge of the market and processing/negotiation skills like escalation clause which helped win our contract. Tonya supplements her nicely on things that Kathy is not aware of, provides honest opinion to address our concerns.

I can't say enough good things about Kathy and Tonya. From the mometi contacted them through to closing, they were remarkable! They had a sense of urgency to get my house listed but we're extremely thorough in their approach. They provided guidance and kept me informed through the entire process. It had been a while since I sold a home and things had changed quite a bit but they closed that gap for me very quickly. I certainly would have had her help with the purchase of my new home except that I was moving out of state. You can't go wrong with Kathy and Tonya!

Kathy was a pleasure to work with and had an excellent marketing plan for our home. She explained in detail how all aspects are handled and provided weekly metrics along with texting immediately about any showings. Very professional agent and I would not hesitate recommending her to family and friends.

I can't begin to describe how amazing Kathy and her team are! She stuck with us through think and thin until we found our dream house. To say it took us awhile might be an understatement. I'd like to blame my husband for being so picky:) However, we could not have asked for a better outcome! Kathy went to bat for us, got us the house above others and for a great deal! We are so grateful for Kathy's patience and determination!!
