Katherine is one of the best realtors we have ever used, this was our second time we have used her and she is also assisting us on our new home that is currently under construction. She is very responsive and follows up immediately addressing questions and current situations. She is outstanding and very knowledgeable either purchasing or selling a home. We had such a great experience in the past with Katherine, that me and my spouse didn't think twice to call Katherine to help us in our second home purchase. She understood our family needs and gave helpful recommendations and advice during the process. Also she was able to get things done by the sellers in the house before closing. Katherine played an invaluable role in helping me buy my first house. As a first time homebuyer, there were times when I was overwhelmed by the amount of information one needed to understand, including keeping track of deadlines, being vigilant when viewing a home, and even negotiating with the seller. However, Katherine was able to make the process very streamlined and comprehensible for me. Katherine was a solid partner in helping us purchase our home. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of our home buying process. We needed some repairs done on our house before moving in, and she had exceptional contacts for everything that we wished to have done. Fortunately that negated having to search for someone to do the repairs just to be possibly disappointed in the end.
