Kathie helped us locate the perfect property for us. Her expertise was amazing to me and my husband. We told her what we were interested in as far as how many acres, the fact that we loved to golf and she lead us to the perfect property right next to a golf course that we absolutely love. Kathie, without a doubt, is an experienced real estate professional with superb communication skills. Her knowledge and expertise for buying and selling houses is incredible. She also knows Ravalli County, and is a strong positive voice for the Bitterroot Valley. She is warm, friendly, and personable. Kathie, showed us the house we eventually bought before we knew it was the right one. We highly recommend her!!!!! P.S. She also knows all the secret trout fishing spots in the Root!

Kathie made buying our first house the best possible experience for us. As a first time home buyer, we were very nervous about the process and we didn't know what to expect. Kathie guided us through the entire process so we never felt alone in the process. She answered every question we had, and we just knew we were getting the right answer. She listened to our concerns and needs and relayed information to the buyers quickly and accurately. I couldn't have ask for a better agent to have our backs. Run don’t walk to Kathie’s office if you are looking for a house! I just sold my house in Auburn, Ca and I was not at all happy with my experience. We loved Kathie as soon as we laid eyes on her. She comes in a small package but she is dynamite. She has helped many of our friends and she was born and raised in Auburn. Kathie made our entire experience fun and very informative. She walked us through paperwork and explained things because we had not bought a house in 27 years and, she dropped us off at Nap’s, talk about service??. And, after meeting us and spending time with us she found us the perfect house in Darby. We walked around the house and property and looked at each other and said this is our new home! I could go on and on about Kathie but just go meet her. I like my friends to be characters and she meets all my requirements.

We first met Kathie 25 years ago when she assisted a veteran real estate agent helping us purchase property in the Bitterroot Valley. Kathie made such a positive impression because of her energy, knowledge and warm personality that we sought her out when we decided to sell. And we are very glad we did. The process took two years due to a variety of factors, primarily the economy. That can be stressful but at no time did Kathie ever seem discouraged or pressure us to accept less than what we thought it was worth. Her mantra was, "This is a very special property and only a certain type of buyer will recognize that." So we hung in there and it paid off. Kathie's a pro in the best sense of the word and also a very nice person.
