Kathy is always amazing!! She will take time to make sure it the perfect place for you and your family. We have purchased a lot and 2 houses from Kathy. She made sure we understood everything and verified each piece was done to close. Kathy is a very hard working and was even available to answer questions while she was on vacation. Thanks Kathy for your amazing work!!

Kathy was excellent to work with and followed up on all calls and requests. She showed us multiple properties and had excellent knowledge about the area. If she didn't know the anwer to our questions she was able to find the answer for us.

Kathy was successful in helping us find a recreational home at Bear Lake West. She helped us investigate several possibilities before we finally found the one we wanted. She was thorough and quick to get information. Her information was always correct. She is not a pusher in trying to tell you what to do or what you want. She simply listens well and responds to your wants.
