I would highly recommend Kathleen Printon for anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. She spent many months showing me properties for sale, never once pressuring me into something that wasn't right for me. She understood what I was looking for and reassured me that the right home would be there at the right time. Kathleen is very patient, as well as knowledgeable. She pointed out many things I may not have seen, helping me to make decisions with the necessary information. Kathleen guided me through the process, promptly answered all my questions, and made purchasing a home a positive experience.

We worked with Kathleen Printon as our buyer’s agent for over a year, as our search for a new home in Monmouth Country was long and drawn out. We found a house and had deal for purchase in 2019 that fell through because the buyers of our house backed out. We looked at roughly 50 houses with Kathleen, and she was always very accommodating with scheduling, as we eventually tried to see houses very soon after they listed. In May of this year, we found our house that we now reside in and love very much. We were the first people to see it and we made an offer right away, and having Kathleen write up and present the offer immediately was a key factor in the sellers’ acceptance. Kathleen is very knowledgeable about many facets of homes, had a good sense of what we were looking for, and worked very effectively as an intermediary with the seller’s agent. She had good recommendations for some work we needed and even went above and beyond at the time of the closing to arrange for the house to be cleaned, as it was not left that way by the sellers. She is very personable and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the way things worked out for our new home “by the shore,” and Kathleen is a big part of that. We couldn’t recommend her as a real estate agent more strongly.

We had the distinct pleasure of working with Kathleen during our apartment search and later for our first home. Kathleen was able to find us exactly what we were looking for in both instances and we couldn't be happier. Throughout the entire process Kathleen was very knowledgeable, professional, and available to meet or answer questions at any time, 7 days a week. She truly went above and beyond to make the house buying process go as seamlessly as possible. She has our highest recommendation and we would absolute use her again in the future.

Kathleen was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and was in tune with every detail. She provided us with several highly recommended contractors to give us estimates on repairs we needed done and gave us a comprehensive list of all utilities that needed to be transferred over to our name. We have already recommended her to two other families!

Kathleen is a very competent, efficient realtor. Kathleen is very familiar with Bradley Beach, which was helpful! I would highly recommend her. She got the job done!!!!
