Kathryn was so helpful and patient with me as I looked for the perfect home. This is my first home and she made the process so easy for me. She showed me houses when the sun was shining and even in the rain. She kept me updated on the progress of the process. There were even instances where she kept me calm when I was beginning to get stressed. Not to mention, she was so sweet and professional. I would definitely recommend her!

Kathryn is a very personable and knowledgeable realtor who helped our family find our perfect lake home. She was extremely responsive and willing to accommodate our schedules for viewings on short notice multiple times. She was able to create an enjoyable experience for us throughout what can be a stressful process. We purchased a home on Woodland Shores Rd in Littleton. Kathryn represented us and she was FABULOUS. She kept us well informed, stayed on top of the entire process and fulfilled all our requests promptly. She is professional, personable and was a delight to work with. The house that Kathryn helped us sell was a TOUGH house to sell. We bought it intending to stay in it indefinitely and ended up needing to move to another state before we'd managed to "fix it up" as we'd imagined. To say she had her work cut out for her is an understatement. Not only did she stay positive throughout the process, she connected us with countless people in the community to help us solve small issues as they arose (landscaping, plumbing, etc.). She was a dream to work with both when we had renters and when the home was vacant. She was incredibly responsive always (via text, call, or email) and anytime she needed us to do something on our end, she was clear and provided context and contact information as needed. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
