Ms. Kathy is amazing. She made our first home buying experience easier that I could imagine. She made sure we knew what was going on and what to expect from the very beginning. Ma Butler was awesome. She made the whole process as effortless as possible. She always stayed on top of any issues that commonly arise with closing and was very proactive with having a solution readily available if needed. She was always responsive to the million and one questions we had ??. Communication is an important part of selling a home. We always felt informed and included. Our first buyer was unable to complete the deal and she quickly re-listed the property and got it sold in a little over a month. She truly exceeded our expectations.
