I was connected with Kathy through the Zillow app when seeking interest in a property. Initial contact was via phone call and was very broken up call. It was Christmas eve morning but stated she would get me the information requested. Reached out again on 26 Dec still seeking this information. It was sent to me but communications going forward were all via text and very short replies. Did not seem so interested in assisting me on the property listing. Drove 7 hr round trip to view a property and in the end a offer was put on the property. Contacting Kathy on this to see what can be done the only reply was “dang it”. No other information or suggestions on how to proceed. Not impressed with Kathy’s service.

We would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for property. She was extremely accommodating and was willing to spend hours with us as we walked the property. Her response time was always quick and we never had to wait for answers. We truly enjoyed our experience working with Kathy.
