Kathy is an absolutely outstanding agent, and a wonderful person to buy and sell real estate with. I have worked with her in both buyer's and seller's markets and she has been excellent in both! She is thoughtful, insightful, and amazingly responsive, and she has landed my daughters and I in our 'dream forever home'. Her wealth of knowledge and experience surrounding the market is unmatched, and I wouldn't consider working with anyone else. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Kathy is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional realtor who truly goes the extra mile to work for you and help you purchase a home that fits your needs, all while working for others at the same time, especially during a very busy real estate market. She really listened to what we were interested in, helped navigate us through the first time home buying process quite smoothly, and paid attention to the extra details that you want your realtor to focus on. Kathy is amazing !! She is very knowledgeable.her 17 years in real estate shows . She was very professional and was willing to answer any an every question you may have. This home was the fourth house we have purchased an Kathy made it the best experience we have ever had . She was very prompt to return calls as well . Even though we have purchased real estate previously she still was kind enough to walk us through the details. We would highly recommend Kathy . We have just had an all around wonderful experience. Kathy has a wonderful sense of humor an was a pleasure to work with .

During the most difficult of circumstances, Kathy stepped in and not only helped us sell our parents home but was instrumental in getting it prepared for sale. From helping us find local contractors that were available and very reasonably priced to doing much of the clean-up work herself, she made sure that the property was in the best possible condition. There is no way we could have done this without her assistance and we were extremely grateful to her for ALL her assistance, knowledge and willingness to help. Our experience could not have been better and we highly recommend Kathy.
