Kathy is such an amazing realtor. I purchased my first home with her. She found a home with everything I wanted and more. She was so great that we used her to sell our home a few years later. We got everything we ask for and some. She is so knowledgeable. She will guide you through every process and answers each question with precision and in a timely manner. Kathy is such a professional that I won't use another realtor.

Jared did an outstanding job selling our home. He understood our needs and desire to sell at our home at the price and timing desired. He was steadfast on negotiating with the buyer who was very demanding. I would recommend Jared for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The housing market in Corpus Christi is very limited so it takes this type of realtor to meet the demands.

Jared did a great job for us. Was very knowledgeable and attentive. Stayed on top of a volatile market and got us the best price for our home. All in all a great experience and recommend him without reservation!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kathy, a fantastic realtor, to purchase a rental property that one of her out-of-state clients was selling. Throughout the entire process, Kathy impressed me with her responsiveness, attention to detail, and expert guidance. She made sure all the paperwork was handled properly and kept the transaction moving efficiently so we could close quickly. Kathy had great insights into the local real estate market which helped me make an informed offer at full asking price. Her professionalism and knowledge of the industry is truly top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with through this process. Kathy is an excellent real estate agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the San Antonio area. Five stars for Kathy!

Kathy has been a wonderful realtor to us...and we have made a great friend in the process. She sold our last home and helped us find the home we are in now. She listed our home in 2020. She was very professional and approachable and answered all of our many questions quickly and efficiently. We did not hesitate to ask any question, no matter how silly or amateur we felt it could be. She was also very patient with us. The whole selling process went smoothly. That was pretty much straight forward. Throughout the time Kathy was helping us w/ selling and buying our next home, she provided her advice/thoughts, but ultimately, executed what we requested. The thing I most appreciated about Kathy is that she always made herself available to us. She never made us feel she was too busy for us, even though she is a busy person (she's also a mom and has other clients, etc). Purchasing our next home was more "interesting" than the selling part. We were more particular with buying our next home (since we had already gone through the process of being first time buyers). She showed us many homes and was very patient, honest and optimistic when we were shopping around. It took some time to find the right home for our family. Kathy kept us in the loop about what was going on the whole time. We loved her work so much, we referred her to a friend who he referred to his friends and so forth...We've been very happy with Kathy!
