We were first time home buyers and Kathy helped us get an amazing house! She was extremely helpful and was always available to let us do whatever we needed to do. She was fantastic and I would highly recommend her.

I have worked with Kathy to sell and buy other homes and will continue to work with her in the future. She is very professional and I appreciate her proactive work ethic. I know that I can rely on her to complete what she says she is going to do. She communicates in a timely fashion and is very nice. She is an excellent agent!

Kathy is very personable and professional. We met with several Real Estate Agents prior to selecting Kathy and we were not dissapointed. She was very patient when it came to explaining complex issues with us, and she listened carefully to what we wanted and did her very best to meet and exceed our expectations. She is honest and works very hard and has exceptional work ethics. My wife was in a wheelchair throught the sale of our home and Kathy went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I recommend Kathy without reservation!

We are not actively looking to sell our house and buy a new one, however if the right house came up, we would do it. Kathy is continuously sharing information with us, yet she is not bombarding us with useless options. We appreciate her understanding what we are doing. She is very responsiv,e and we enjoy working with her.

Kathy contacted me after I requested info about a property. She was kind and professional. I was already working with an agent and she made sure to let me know that she didn't want to step on any toes and that she respected my relationship with another agent.
