Amanda Caldwell was truly exceptional. I met her at a home we planning to buy. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Amanda Caldwell was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Amanda Caldwell will work with you to make your desires a reality. Amanda Caldwell is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Amanda Caldwell.
