Katy was a fabulous agent to work with. I wouldn't go with anyone else. She was such an ally in the process and had extremely valuable input and guidance. Katy is flexible, savvy, patient, professional (yet casual), hardworking, and also infused a great sense of humor. She is the best person to have on your side. She absolutely looks out for your interests and makes sure you are satisfied. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Katy stepped in after we had a bad experience with a previous realtor. She sold our house within 2 weeks of signing the contract. Katy was in constant communication with us which was not the case with our previous realtor. She readily answered any questions we had and offered advice when needed. She was amazing and held our hand throughout the entire process. This was our last house to sell in our lifetime, so emotions were often raw, but Katy managed to keep everyone cool, calm and collected. She helped us negotiate a fair price with the buyers and worked with their realtor to ensure everyone was satisfied. She even made sure our excess trash cluttering our sidewalk was picked up on our closing day. I highly, highly recommend Katy if you are in need of a realtor to find you a new home or to sell your existing property. She is a winner.

Katy’s drive to ensure we had the best houses to choose from while respecting all the different and specific aspects of our housing needs makes her the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with!
