Katy was such an amazing agent to work with. I followed her on social media for months before making my decision to work with her over other agents. She does a great job showing houses and doing her homework on a property before we even went to a showing. She went above and beyond to help us seal the deal. We literally knew nothing about buying a house and she made it so easy by recommending lenders, inspectors, and repair specialists. We never felt pushed into anything over the 8 or 9 months we spent waiting and looking for the right home. We also received too notch service from all the professionals we used for inspections, estimates, and repairs following our closing. Her connection to the local community was definitely an advantage when looking at certain areas since we were looking for a rural home. She was also easily accessible and returned any questions quickly which meant a lot to us. A family member of mine used Katy as their listing agent prior to us and our experience was just as good as theirs. Very happy with our purchase, she helped us find exactly what we were looking for despite the crazy market! I highly recommend working with Katy, especially if you are a first time homebuyer.

She was very patient and attentive to my needs. I was a first-time home buyer and she made the entire process fluid and very easy. I appreciate her attention to detail, responsiveness, courtesy, and overall knowledge. I would highly recommend her and will use her in the future!

Katy helped me purchase my first home in 2015. She recently helped me sell my sweet first home and buy my forever home with my husband. Katy is a wonderful realtor and person! She really goes above and beyond for her clients!

I loved the home buying experience with Katy!! She was so easy to work with. She helped me find my perfect home. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. She was always on top of all emails and calls!! She is very knowledgeable and a very sweet person to boot!!
