If you need to buy or sell a home you MUST use Kay! We have never worked with someone with more diligence, efficiency and knowledge of the area. She had our home sold in 8 days in a slow time of the year. She is always accessible and very communicative, she will not let you down. Highly Recommended!!

My wife and I recently purchased a house through Kay, and we hands down couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're reading this, then you probably know what the housing market is like right now. Kay went above and beyond whether it be with correspondence, or trying to get us into houses. Kay was also very attentive to our wants and didn't try to push anything on us that we wouldn't have been 100% happy with. We couldn't have been happier with our first home buying experience, and Kay will definitely be getting our business again.

Kay is the absolute best. My husband and I were blindly scrolling through listings until we were assigned Kay as our realtor through USAA. She took time to understand what we wanted in a home, in a neighborhood, in an area -- then sent us listings that fit. I was so glad to have her expertise pointing us in the right direction. The FIRST house she showed us we loved and put in an offer! Kay made sure we understood the process fully (we were first-time home buyers) and got a us great deal on the house. There were some negotiations back and forth after the appraisal, and we were so grateful to have her guidance through that tricky process. Such a wonderful experience, I would recommend Kay to anyone.

Kay has been working with my husband and me for years. She is amazing! We have purchased a house through her, sold two houses with her and my mom has purchased sold with her also. She is so kind and easy to get along with. She will let you know when something is a good deal and give you honest and straightforward advice. She also always has your best interests at heart and doesn't let greed overshadow her desire to make her client's happy. If I still lived in Florida I would be sure to have her help us again. And I can't ever say enough nice things about her. Anyone who decides to work with Kay will be forever thankful they did.
