I first contacted Ms. Kay about maybe purchasing the home I currently rent. She has went above and beyond to help me. While it didn't work out she is still trying to help me find the perfect home for me and my son. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and will do everything she can to help you. She's the only agent I want to work with.

When my husband and I first thought about looking for a house I called Kay. We talked and she said we needed to work on a few things before we could buy so a year later I called Kay again and she remembered me! She listened to us and helped us find our dream home. It's been a year since we moved in and I still talk to Kay and she still answers my questions without hesitation. If you want someone to care and work for you then Kay is the realtor for you! If we ever decide to sell she will be my realtor again!

We sold our home with Kay and her staff. They sold our home faster than we could find a new one! Once we had a contract, they worked even harder to help us find our new home & we LOVE it!

Kay and her staff went above and beyond in helping us find our house. From showing us homes. To our closing. She would stay in contact telling us of new homes on the market.

We contacted SEVERAL agents via Zillow regarding a property, and no one ever even called us back. Kay, on the other hand, called within MINUTES of my clicking her name over there on the right. She and her team-mate Angie showed us multiple properties including the one we're making a move on. They spent nearly the entire day with us, patiently helping us understand the local real estate situation, and most impressively had all the answer to my questions PREPARED before I even asked them. (They even knew about water rights for the land!)<br/><br/>Very. Highly. Recommended.
