Keenan did a wonderful job helping me to sell my home. He helped me understand the process from prepping, listing and all the paperwork involved. Anytime I had a question he was able to answer it quickly. He advised me on the best time to list and took great effort to market the house. I listed on June 1st and had on offer above asking on June 3rd! I would highly recommend having Keenan represent you in your real estate needs.

He has a very thorough knowledge of Portland and surrounding cities and the market factors that affect home buying and selling. He spent time with us to understand what we liked and were looking for as buyers, and worked tirelessly finding listings that might match. He provided really exceptional advice on the pros and cons of different areas and housing features. Communication was always prompt and responsive. He also had an excellent feel for negotiation. Really top notch service all around.

This is my first time buying a home. When I first started working with Keenan I had a lot of insecurities about the housing market. I wasn't sure if I could get a good deal with all the competition I was hearing about. Keenan walked me through the process and helped me make informed decisions without making me feel rushed. After exploring my options a bit with newfound confidence, we found brand new construction with a reasonable price tag. Keenan helped me craft an offer and navigated me through several months of back and forth with the seller/builder. Buying a home is probably going to be one of the most stressful things in my life and I'm lucky to have had Keenan's help through the whole thing. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell house.

Keenan was unbelievably patient with my partner and me as we toured Portland homes, Fall 2021. The market was incredibly competitive, and Keenan guided us expertly through a process that otherwise could have been full of heartbreak and bad surprises.
