Whether you are an experienced seller/buyer or novice, I heartily recommend Kelli Howison to be with you at every step. We listed our home of the past 22 years with Kelli. She helped us understand contemporary planning, timing, staging, pricing, listing and negotiating strategies...all within a relaxed, respectful and informative relationship. There was never a moment when Kelli was not immediately available (meaning she made us feel like we were her only clients, when we knew that wasn't the case). We were consulted on every decision. Once made, she confirmed the resulting action. The entire process of selling our wonderful home was a delight, not a pain. I would not hesitate to repeat it all with Kelli. She's terrific.

As the housing market cooled, we were concerned over the sale of our Bellevue home. Kelli came highly recommended to us and we were never disappointed with her. From the start, Kelli provided guidance in the preparation for sale, without any formal commitment to her representation. Her knowledge of the market was “spot on”, and continued through the preparation process of several months, resulting in a rapid sale and closing. Always readily responsive to our communications and questions, Kelli demonstrated her knowledge and commitment to us without fail. Perhaps the statement that provides the best description of our belief in Kelli’s abilities is that we would use her again in a heartbeat for any future real estate sale or purchase. She sets a standard for us that will be hard to match. We cannot give her a higher praise.

Working with Kelly to buy our new property in Bellevue was a breeze and a pleasure. She listened, questioned and watched to figure out exactly what we were looking for (and what we did not want) in a new home, which made our search process efficient and low stress. Kelly was responsive and respectful from start to finish, and she has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend Kelly and I would certainly work with her again.

This review is long overdue (6 months) - but we wanted to make sure we did it and didn't blow it off since - KELLI IS AMAZING!!! She listened to us, gave us phenomenal advice (even when it wasn't what we always wanted to hear), got us top dollar (she helped us set a new price per square foot for our neighborhood), was top-notch professional and so very approachable - and always stayed in great communication no matter how long or numerous the emails. We can't say enough good things about Kelli and would recommend her again in a heartbeat to our closest friends and family - and, if we lived in the area, we would use her again!!!
