Kelly is an incredible realtor. I cannot speak more highly of him. He really listened to what we wanted in a house and helped us find the home we were looking for. His knowledge of how the process went was so helpful, and he was able to guide us through each step at the right time. Additionally, we had complicated negotiations and Kelly was an incredible advocate for what we needed. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Kelly was incredible. Not only was he attentive to our every inquiry and desire to see a house, he was paying attention to what we liked and disliked about each property we saw. He then used this knowledge to hand-pick our final house for us. When there were negotiation hang-ups, he walked us through each step of the way until we were deeply satisfied with the end result. We couldn't say enough good things about Kelly!

Kelly is magic!!! :-) He is very calm, ethical and conscientious as well as having optimal knowledge of the market. Should you need anything, Kelly has a wealth of resources, on hand. He listed my house on a Thursday and by Tuesday, he had five amazing offers. The process was smooth and he will make your home shine in photographs as well as in person. You will thank your lucky stars you went with Kelly!

We would highly recommend Kelly to anyone. He was recommended to us by close friends, and he patiently guided us through the process of buying our first home. We had a lot of questions, and he was happy to walk us through all the steps of the process. Kelly was extremely helpful in the home buying process. My wife, three kids, and I had recently moved from out of state when we started to look for a home to buy. We met Kelly at one of his open houses and knew he'd be great to have on our side. Very responsive, patient, and encouraging, Kelly did an awesome job representing us. If we ever sell, Kelly will be my first choice as our agent. I would highly recommend him to others.
