Kelly was terrific - we used him to both purchase our new home and sell our previous home. He was super responsive, honest and direct. He worked hard for us and kept us updated throughout the process. Besides being a terrific guy, he was a great realtor for us.

My fiancé and I used Kelly for our first home buying experience and he exceeded and went above and beyond our expectations. There is a lot of mixed emotions when trying to find your first home and Kelly was always there to reassure us and help guide us to stay on track and be positive. Kelly not only has excellent communication throughout the entire home buying process, but he is very personable and easy to connect with. He truly cares for his clients and bends over backwards to set up showings and help guide you to make the best decision possible. We could not have done this without Kelly. We had a pretty hard deadline with our apartment complex on when to be out and Kelly was able to successfully find us a home and close before our move out date. He had amazing referrals for anything you need throughout the home buying process. We could not be more happy with our home and our experience with Kelly. Best real estate agent in the Denver metro area hands down. We could not recommend him enough, especially anyone who is first time homebuyer. We love you Kelly!

My wife and I were in the market looking to purchase our first home. While it took us a bit longer than most people our age, due to rising interest rates and home prices, our journey turned from months into years as we diligently saved for our purchase. Throughout this period, Kelly was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a million questions, and he answered each one with patience and expertise, never rushing us or making us feel overwhelmed. Kelly consistently provided his recommendations, yet he never tried to steer us in any particular direction. His primary goal was ensuring that we felt happy, comfortable, and confident with our decision. We truly appreciated his dedication and support. Without hesitation, I would refer others to Kelly (and have already done so). I would also gladly work with him again, although that may not be for a while, as we are so happy with our current home. Kelly's professionalism and commitment to his clients are unmatched.

Kelly was great to work with on the purchase of our first home. He was always available when we had questions. He was patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of the home search and buying process. I highly recommend Kelly and we definitely will reach out to him when the time comes to sell and purchase another home.

This is the second house Kelly has helped us with. First a sale; recently a purchase. He views negotiations the I do; get to win/win. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, personable… He established a good working relationship with the builder’s salesman. It was a very positive experience (both times).
