I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelly for the purchase of an apartment building, and I cannot express my satisfaction enough. From the very beginning of our journey to the final closing, Kelly exhibited professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping me close on the property. Despite the difficulties arising from the seller’s team, with Kelly’s help, we were able to close on the deal. Kelly has a deep understanding of the real estate market and a keen understanding on how to navigate through a negotiation process. Though he has historically concentrated his interests within the single-family space, his ability to comprehend the nuances of the industry made me comfortable throughout on this type of deal. As a still fairly young investor, I felt a true comfort that Kelly understood the complexities involved in the transaction as each step was navigated with unwavering patience and expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kelly to anyone in search of a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent whether its for buying your future house or for investing within the industry.

Kelly is one of the best agents I've worked with. He's very hands on & rolls up his sleeves to get the most value out of a deal for his clients. 5/5 would recommend. I should clarify Kelly did this whole thing for me never having met me in person. I'm stuck abroad unable to return to California. He took care of everything for me from staging to closing and we only stayed in contact via messenger.

Amazing Realtor that rebuilds your trust in why using a quality and qualified Realtor is a necessity in this overly stressful world that we currently live in. Kelly is well educated, polished, knowledgeable and has his clients back when it comes to the ultimate experience in buying their next property. He knows the housing market extremely well and goes above and beyond to make sure that his customers (myself and my fiancé) find the perfect property to buy and help with every step of the way. Highly recommend Kelly to anyone in the market to buy or sell a house.

It took me a while to sit down and write this review because we've been busy renovating our dream house in a dream neighborhood that Kelly helped us purchase. My first meeting with him took place around 2014 when I was considering purchasing a home back then, and he answered all my questions. We stayed in contact until now when we were finally ready to make a move. From the very beginning, I could tell that he is genuinely there for us and our needs. When we found our dream home, and he was on it imminently. He did everything that he could to ensure that we get our dream home. That was the first home that we made an offer, and we got it. Kelly knew what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. I have to say it was because of him and his experience we got the house. I texted him every day with all sorts of questions, and he was always there to answer. At the end of this whole process, I see him as a good friend that I will always be honored to welcome him to my home. Kelly is as good as it gets as a realtor and a person. Kelly assisted us in purchasing a property in Dublin. He was extremely professional and patient. I would highly recommend him to any prospective seller or buyer. He was very knowledgeable and responsive.
