I recently had the extreme pleasure of working with Kelly Saggione with AZ Real Broker to stage and sell my home. I found Kelly to be knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and ever so efficient in guiding me through the entire process. Her follow-through was beyond compare - anything and everything I asked of her, she did expediently without ever having to have been asked twice. She received a solid offer for the purchase of my home the night before she was to leave to go on an extended family vacation out of the country. Still Kelly didn't miss a beat and in spite of my now living out of state and not being very computer proficient to boot, she got all of documentation details covered in a timely manner. She even arranged for services to remedy issues that had arisen from the home inspection when I had not a clue as to who to call. I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience working with Kelly was. I would use her services again in a heart beat and definitely encourage anyone looking for a top notch realtor in the Phoenix area to give Kelly Saggione a call.

I simply don’t have enough positive things to say about Kelly!! As a first time home buyer, I was expecting this process to be lengthy, stressful, and full of things that were difficult for me to understand. That was NOT the case with Kelly, in fact it was the opposite. We met with her for the first time on a Wednesday, and by Friday afternoon we had an offer in on our dream home in our dream location for a spectacular price. Through every step of the home-buying process, Kelly was communicative, attentive and responsive. She made us feel like family. I couldn’t recommend her enough, especially if you’re looking to buy in Gilbert. She is truly an expert on the area, and it is so valuable to have a true local in your corner when buying your home!

Kelly went above and beyond every step of the way during our home sale journey. From the first time we met, we knew she was the realtor to sell our home. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has outstanding communication skills. Navigating a very challenging housing market, Kelly was able to sell our home ahead of schedule at a price point that we were very happy with.
