Absolutely the most professional and respectful experience anyone could ask for. Kelly’s knowledge of the market and the process is second to none. And he knows exactly what to do and what not to do to ensure you will get top dollar for your home. As long as you listen to him that is :) He is sure to listen and understand your needs, and is sure to help you make the decision that best meets them. He completely puts his customers first and it shows. You cannot go wrong with Kelly Stelzer and his team. This system will only let me select one but I have bought and sold multiple personal homes with Kelly and his team over the past decade. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

Absolutely amazing, really helped me out as a first time buyer. Was incredibly patient and helped me find the perfect place with all of my wants/needs. He also helped out with installing new smoke detectors! 100% recommend!

Kelly was amazing. Came in with honest appraisal and a strategy. When crunch time came prior to our open house, he did literally everything he could to make sure things were in order (more than I'd expect an agent ever to do). We greatly appreciate it because we sold our home in several hours.

Kelly is one of the most talented realtors I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Having moved literally 8 times in the last 6 years I’ve been able to truly differentiate the mediocre from the superior. Kelly is superior. He’s knowledgeable, punctual, proactive and truly sees the entire process through from beginning to absolute end (and even then some when I needed help with utilities and alarm system information after closing). Most realtors would consider me to be a bit high maintenance, yet, Kelly answered my calls/texts at all days of the week and hours of the day because he truly cares about his clients and is tenacious about seeing the sale go through. I highly recommend him and plan to work with Kelly again when I sell my home in the future.

We recently sold our first home with Kelly as our agent. The sale of the house was such a breeze, sold much quicker than anticipated, and sold for much more than anticipated! Kelly’s marketing and negotiation skills pay dividends, and he was right about everything he said along the way. From necessary pre-sale home improvements, to expectations when the house was listed, to the number of offers we’d receive. We’d definitely recommend Kelly for selling your home! We’re happy we chose to!
