Ken was great to work with. He helped us with any questions and concerns we had. We live in a small town and he drove close to an hour to serve us. He also helped coordinate us with a termite inspector and title company since we are new to the area and he really made the whole process very simple for us.

KEN did a good job working with us and explaining step by step the process of buying the house and getting all through the paperwork, guiding us through all the various inspections. He was very friendly and unflappable. We will recommend him to anyone. He looks like popular in town, his reputation is well earned.

Ken was very Instrumental in helping finding a good home in a good and clean respectful location, Ken was very professional throughout the the whole process, very attentive to any repairs needed, quick to solve issues, very hospitable, overall realtor in all areas of reality from start to finish!
