Ken Pfeifer worked hard to gain my trust. He abused that trust by telling me I had to sign a paper in order for he and the selling agent to be paid. The buyer of my home had a $15,000 loan over and above the sales price of my house. Ken said this would not effect me in any way. He did not tell me that he had me sign that paper so he and the other agent would be paid commission on the $15,000 loan. Ken also recommended movers that according to the state of Calif. are not licensed to work in Calif. ken told the movers to pack me. I was not concerned because everything was packed. He had them pack trash and ran my bill up to over $4000. Ken has worked with these movers before and apparently has a relationship with them. Ken also strongly hinted for things in my house which I gave him. The antique dishes he admired which was my Mothers disappeared during the move. Ken has violated the trust between a realtor and client in the worst way. If you value your home, furniture and personal belongings stay far away from Ken Pfeifer!

Ken was absolutely amazing in helping us get our dream home! We were working with another realtor who pretty much left us on the back burner and we had our heart set on this one home. We found Ken and he was able to not only help us submit our offer but once it was accepted, he figuratively held our hand every step of the way!! He is so knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend Ken to everyone!!

Very knowledgeable and helped me learn the process and understand each step for our first home purchase. Always stayed in contact with us and our lender and escrow company to move things along and get us closed as fast as possible.

Ken made our first home buying experience absolutely amazing! He took so much time showing us homes and helping us understand the home buying processes in it's entirety. He answered any and all of our questions and I feel really went above and beyond and was such a gentleman. He gave us details about each location including schools, hospitals, shopping and dining. We highly recommend Ken if you're looking to buy or sell a home.

Ken is the best. His expertise in his field as well as his knowledge of the area were we purchased our home have been a great assest to my husband and I. His calm demeanor helped us to relax as we juggle work, life, & the home purchasing process. He walked us through the process step by step providing easy to understand details with each step. I am highly recommending Ken.
